Overnight Coconut Cream Pie Oats

408 kcal 24g of fat 45 grammes of carbohydrates nine grammes of protein 13 grammes of sugar 8 ounces of coconut milk (full fat) Two glasses of almond milk without sugar

1/4 cup of pure maple syrup One tsp vanilla essence 1/2 cup of traditional oats One-third cup chia seeds 1/4 tsp kosher salt ⅛ teaspoon of cinnamon powder

1. Fill a sizable mixing bowl with the coconut milk. Make sure some of both the water and the hard cream are in there if they are separated. If necessary, whisk the two together for ten to twenty seconds to get a creamy milk.

2. Include the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla. Whisk for a short while until thoroughly blended.

3. Split among 4 16-ounce jars, place a lid on them, and chill for the entire night.

4. When berries are in season, serve with them or with toasted coconut on top. You can store the oats in the fridge for up to five or seven days.
