The Best Way To Make Air Fryer  Steak Fajitas

Ingredients: – 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced – 1 red bell pepper, sliced – 1 green bell pepper, sliced – 1 yellow onion, sliced – 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 tablespoon taco seasoning – 1 teaspoon cumin – 1 teaspoon smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – Salt and pepper to taste – Flour tortillas, for serving

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, bell peppers, and onion.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, taco seasoning, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour the spice mixture over the sliced steak and vegetables, ensuring everything is well coated. Toss the ingredients to evenly distribute the seasoning.

Place the seasoned steak and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If your air fryer is small, you may need to cook in batches.

Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking. The steak should be cooked to your desired level of doneness, and the vegetables should be tender.

While the steak and vegetables are cooking, warm the flour tortillas in the air fryer for about 1-2 minutes or according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Once the steak and vegetables are done, assemble your fajitas by placing a portion of the mixture onto each tortilla. Add your favorite toppings such as salsa, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, and chopped cilantro.
