The Best Way To Make Air Fryer  Coconut Shrimp

Ingredients: – 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined – 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened) – 1 cup panko breadcrumbs – 2 eggs, beaten

– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon paprika – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper – Cooking spray

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). 2. In three separate bowls, set up a dredging station. In the first bowl, place the flour. In the second bowl, combine the shredded coconut, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In the third bowl, beat the eggs.

Take each shrimp and dredge it in the flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the coconut breadcrumb mixture, pressing the mixture onto the shrimp to adhere.

1. Place the coated shrimp on a plate or tray, and continue until all shrimp are coated. 2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
