Tangy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

For the Cauliflower Bites

– 1 medium-sized cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 cup milk) – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

For the Buffalo Sauce

– 1/2 cup hot sauce  – 1/4 cup unsalted butter – 1 tablespoon white vinegar – 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powde

For Serving

– Celery sticks – Carrot sticks – Ranch or blue cheese dressing

Bake the Cauliflower

Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Flip the cauliflower halfway through the baking time to ensure even crispiness.



Make the Buffalo Sauce

– While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. – Add the hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce (if using), garlic powder, and cayenne pepper

Coat the Cauliflower in Buffalo Sauce

– Once the cauliflower is crispy, remove it from the oven. – Transfer the baked cauliflower to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over it. Gently toss the cauliflower until each piece is coated evenly with the sauce.


– Serve the Tangy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites on a platter, accompanied by celery and carrot sticks. – Optionally, serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
