For the Cauliflower Bites

– Celery sticks – Carrot sticks – Ranch or blue cheese dressing

Bake the Cauliflower

Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Flip the cauliflower halfway through the baking time to ensure even crispiness.

Make the Buffalo Sauce

– While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. – Add the hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce (if using), garlic powder, and cayenne pepper

Coat the Cauliflower in Buffalo Sauce
