Strawberry Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients: For the crust: – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs – 1/3 cup melted butter – 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the cheesecake filling: – 16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened – 1 cup granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 3 large eggs

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). 2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar for the crust. Mix until well combined.

1. Press the crust mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust. 2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until well combined.

1. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 2. Pour the cream cheese filling into the prepared crust.

1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden. 2. Allow the pie to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

In a small saucepan, heat the strawberry jam over low heat until it becomes liquid. Remove from heat.

1. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the chilled cheesecake. Drizzle the melted strawberry jam over the strawberries. 2. Slice and serve the strawberry cheesecake pie chilled. Enjoy!
