Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients: – 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped – 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled – 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – Salt and pepper to taste – Toothpicks or kitchen twine

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

1. Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat. 2. Butterfly each chicken breast by cutting horizontally through the thickest part, creating a pocket for the stuffing.



1. In a bowl, mix together the sautéed spinach, crumbled feta, and dried oregano. 2. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture, then secure the openings with toothpicks or tie with kitchen twine.

Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

 If desired, you can broil the chicken for a few minutes at the end to brown the top. Remove the toothpicks or twine before serving. Slice and serve the Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
