S'mores Supreme Pie

Ingredients: For the Crust: – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs – 1/3 cup melted butter – 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the Filling: – 1 cup heavy cream – 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar for the crust. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly coated.

1. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. 2. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until it is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.



1. Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula. 2. Place the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set. 3. Once the filling is set, preheat the broiler in your oven.

1. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the top of the pie. 2. Place the pie under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted. Keep a close eye on it to avoid burning.

1. Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for a few minutes before serving. 2. Slice and enjoy your S'mores Supreme Pie!
