Peanut Butter Banana Pie

Ingredients: For the Crust: – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs – 1/3 cup melted butter – 1/4 cup sugar

For the Filling: – 1 cup creamy peanut butter – 8 oz cream cheese, softened – 1 cup powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

For the Topping: – 3-4 ripe bananas, sliced – Chocolate syrup (optional) – Chopped peanuts (optional)

Prepare the Crust: – In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. – Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to form the crust.

Prepare the Filling: – In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. – In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Assemble the Pie: – Take the prepared crust out of the refrigerator. – Spread a layer of the peanut butter filling over the crust.



Add the Banana Layer: – Arrange the sliced bananas over the peanut butter filling.

Top and Garnish: – Add another layer of the peanut butter filling over the bananas. – Optionally, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle chopped peanuts for extra flavor and texture.

Chill: – Place the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to set.
