Passionfruit Paradise Pie

Ingredients: For the Crust: – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs – 1/3 cup melted butter – 1/4 cup sugar

For the Filling: – 1 cup passionfruit puree (fresh or frozen) – 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk – 4 large egg yolks – 1/2 cup fresh lime juice – Zest of 1 lime

For the Topping: – 1 cup heavy cream – 2 tablespoons powdered sugar – Fresh passionfruit seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions: 1. Preheat the Oven: – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Make the Crust: – In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. – Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust. – Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.

3. Prepare the Filling: – In a large bowl, whisk together the passionfruit puree, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined. – Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
