Orange Creamsicle Delight Pie

Ingredients: For the Crust: – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs – 1/3 cup melted butter – 1/4 cup sugar

For the Filling: – 1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin – 1 cup boiling water – 1/2 cup cold water – 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

Instructions: 1. Prepare the Crust:In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.

Prepare the Filling: – In a heatproof bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water. – Add cold water and stir until well combined. – Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Chill the Pie: – Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours or until set.

Add the Topping: – Before serving, spread whipped cream over the top of the pie. – Garnish with orange zest if desired.
