LIBBY'S FAMOUS PUMPKIN PIE

Ingredients: – 3/4 cup granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

– 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves – 2 large eggs – 1 can (15 ounces) Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin – 1 can (12 fluid ounces) evaporated milk – 1 unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and cloves.

1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the pumpkin and the sugar-spice mixture. 2. Gradually add in the evaporated milk, mixing well. 3. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then, reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
