Lemon Impossible Pie

Ingredients: – 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted – 1 3/4 cups whole milk – 1 cup granulated sugar – 1/2 cup all-purpose flour – 4 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – Zest of 1 lemon – 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice – A pinch of salt – Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish. 2. In a blender, combine melted butter, milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until well combined.

1. Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish. 2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. The pie will have a custard-like consistency.

Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. It will continue to set as it cools.
