Keto Pecan Pie Recipe Ingredients: For the Crust: – 1 1/2 cups almond flour – 1/4 cup coconut flour – 1/4 cup melted butter – 1 large egg – 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol  – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – A pinch of salt

For the Filling: – 1 cup chopped pecans – 1/2 cup melted butter – 3/4 cup powdered erythritol – 3 large eggs – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup

Instructions: For the Crust: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, melted butter, egg, powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.

1. Press the dough into a pie dish, forming an even crust on the bottom and up the sides. 2. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until it's lightly golden. Remove and set aside.

For the Filling: 1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together melted butter, powdered sweetener, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. 2. Stir in the chopped pecans and sugar-free maple syrup.

3.  Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust. 4.  Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the filling is set. 5.  Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing.
