Lay the seasoned veggie slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't overlap.
Cook the veggie chips in batches if needed, air frying for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip the chips halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
Carefully remove the mozzarella sticks from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve them with your favorite marinara or dipping sauce.
