Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients: – 4 salmon fillets – Salt and pepper, to taste – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

– 2 teaspoons lemon zest – 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped – Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions: 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped dill. 2. Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon-dill mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.



Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill, skin side down. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).

Once cooked, carefully remove the salmon from the grill and transfer it to a serving platter.
