Fudgy Dark Chocolate Pecan Pie

Ingredients: – 1 refrigerated pie crust (or homemade if preferred) – 1 cup dark chocolate chips – 1 cup chopped pecans – 3 large eggs – 1 cup light corn syrup

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Roll out the pie crust and place it into a 9-inch pie dish, crimping the edges as desired.

Sprinkle the dark chocolate chips evenly over the bottom of the pie crust, followed by the chopped pecans.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, granulated sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
