Fudgy Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie

Ingredients: – 1 unbaked pie crust (homemade or store-bought) – 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips – 1 cup chopped pecans – 3 large eggs

– 1 cup granulated sugar – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1/3 cup all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges as desired.

1. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped pecans evenly over the bottom of the pie crust. 2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.

Add the granulated sugar, melted butter, flour, vanilla extract, and salt to the beaten eggs. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

1. Pour the mixture over the chocolate chips and pecans in the pie crust. 2. Gently tap the pie dish on the counter to remove any air bubbles and ensure the filling settles evenly.

Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).

1. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack before serving. 2. Once cooled, you can optionally garnish with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
