Frozen Samoa Pie

Ingredients: For the Crust: – 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the Coconut Caramel Layer: – 1 cup shredded coconut, toasted – 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions: 1. Prepare the Crust:In a bowl, combine the crushed chocolate graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust.

Make the Coconut Caramel Layer: – Toast the shredded coconut in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside to cool. – Spread the toasted coconut evenly over the crust.

Prepare the Chocolate Ganache Layer: – In a heatproof bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. – Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Chill the Pie: – Place the pie in the freezer and let it set for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Serve: – Once the pie is fully set, remove it from the freezer. – Spread the whipped cream over the chocolate ganache layer. – Optionally, garnish with additional toasted coconut or chocolate shavings.
