Easy-to-Make Air-Fried Cheese and Spinach Puffs

Prepare the Filling:

In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed and drained chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, red onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Cut the Puff Pastry:

Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Cut each sheet into squares or rectangles, depending on your preference.

Fill and Seal:

Place a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square. Fold the pastry over the filling to create a triangle or rectangle, depending on the shape you cut.

Egg Wash:

Brush the tops of the puff pastry with the beaten egg. This will give them a golden, shiny finish.

Air Fry:

Place the filled and sealed puff pastries in the preheated air fryer basket, leaving some space between each piece. You may need to cook them in batches.

Air-Fry:

Air-fry for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese and spinach puffs are golden brown and crispy.

Serve:

Remove the puffs from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. They are delicious on their own or with a side of marinara sauce or tzatziki for dipping.
