Easy Peppermint Brownies Recipe (One Bowl)

Ingredients: – 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted – 1 cup granulated sugar – 2 large eggs – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 1/2 cup all-purpose flour – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional) – 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix well until the sugar is fully incorporated.

1. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. 2. Sift in the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and salt directly into the bowl. Mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as it may affect the texture of your brownies.
