Easy Air Fryer Baby Potatoes

Ingredients: – 1 pound baby potatoes, washed and dried – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper – Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions: 1. Preheat the Air Fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Potatoes: – If the baby potatoes are large, you can cut them in half. If they are very small, leave them whole. – In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil until they are evenly coated.

Season the Potatoes: – Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Toss the potatoes again to ensure they are evenly seasoned.

Air Frying: – Place the seasoned baby potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking. – Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes

Check for Doneness: – Test the potatoes with a fork or knife. They should be golden brown and fork-tender.

Serve: – Once cooked, transfer the air-fried baby potatoes to a serving dish. – Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
