Chicken breast on baking sheet. Use salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Roast until chicken is done. Serve with roasted veggies.

Cook prawns, asparagus, garlic and ginger in a pan. Season with soy sauce and sesame oil. You may serve this over cauliflower or ordinary rice.

Cook sliced mushrooms and spinach till wilted. Put the mixture between tortillas and add cheese. Heat until cheese melts and tortillas are crispy.
