Deliciously Baked Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients: – 1 cup cornmeal – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 tablespoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

– 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 cup buttermilk – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1/4 cup honey – 2 large eggs

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper. 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the buttermilk, melted butter, honey, and eggs until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
