Prepare the Cake Batter:

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Cream softened butter and sugar in another large dish until frothy. Beat each egg carefully after adding it. Mix in vanilla essence.

dry Ingredients:

Add dry ingredients to wet components slowly, alternating with milk. Start and finish with dry ingredients. Just blend.

Bake the Cake Layers:

Place batter evenly in prepared cake pans. A spatula smooths the tops. Bake for 25–30 minutes in the preheated oven until a toothpick put into the centre comes out clean. Transfer the cakes to a wire rack to finish cooling after 10 minutes in the pans.

Prepare Chantilly Cream:

Whip heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form in a large basin. Add powdered sugar and vanilla essence and beat until firm peaks form. Do not overwhip.

Assemble the Cake:

Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread a layer of Chantilly cream over the cake and top with fresh berries. Repeat this process with the remaining layers

Frost the Cake:

Frost the entire cake with the remaining Chantilly cream. You can decorate the top with additional berries and a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.

Chill and Serve:

Refrigerate the Chantilly Cake for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the cream to set. Slice and enjoy your delicious Chantilly Cake!
