Crispy Air-Fryer Pickle Chips

Ingredients: – 1 jar of dill pickle chips, drained – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 2 large eggs – 1 cup panko breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon paprika – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper – Cooking spray

Instructions: 1. Preheat the Air Fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Breading Station:Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes. In the first dish, place the flour. In the second dish, whisk the eggs. In the third dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.

Coat Pickle Chips:Take a pickle chip, coat it in flour, then dip it into the whisked eggs, and finally, coat it in the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the pickle chip to ensure an even coating.

Air Fry:Lightly spray the breaded pickle chips with cooking spray. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching each other. You may need to air-fry them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Cook:Air fry the pickle chips at 375°F (190°C) for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip them halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crispiness.

Serve:Once the pickle chips are cooked to your liking, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute before serving. You can serve them with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or spicy mayo.
