Prepare the Potatoes: – Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into evenly-sized fries, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide. – Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl of cold water for about 30 minutes. This helps remove excess starch and makes the fries crispier.

Dry the Potatoes: – Drain the potatoes and pat them completely dry with a paper towel.

Season the Fries: – In a large bowl, toss the dried fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure that the fries are evenly coated.

Air Frying: – Place the seasoned fries in the Ninja Foodi basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Cook in batches if necessary.
