Cookies 'N' Cream Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients: For the Crust: – 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreo cookies) – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling: – 1.5 quarts (about 6 cups) Cookies 'N' Cream ice cream, softened – 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies for mixing into the ice cream

For the Topping (optional): – Whipped cream – Crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, combine the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies for the crust with the melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated.

1. Press the cookie and butter mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to form the crust. 2. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until it sets. Allow it to cool completely.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened Cookies 'N' Cream ice cream with the additional crushed chocolate sandwich cookies. Mix until well combined.

1. Pour the ice cream mixture into the cooled cookie crust, spreading it evenly. 2. If desired, add a layer of whipped cream on top of the ice cream pie and sprinkle with additional crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.

Place the pie in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until the ice cream is firm.

1. Once frozen, remove the pie from the freezer a few minutes before serving to make it easier to slice. 2. Slice and serve your delicious Cookies 'N' Cream Ice Cream Pie. Enjoy!
