Cinnamon Roll Power Bites

Ingredients: – 1 cup rolled oats – 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice) – 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup – 1/4 cup ground flaxseed – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon – A pinch of salt – Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts) – Optional: 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries

Instructions: 1. In a food processor, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. 2. Blend the mixture until it forms a sticky dough.

1. If using, add chopped nuts and raisins/dried cranberries to the dough. Pulse a few times to combine evenly. 2. Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands.

Place the power bites on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Once firm, your Cinnamon Roll Power Bites are ready to enjoy! Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.
