Chocolate Hazelnut Symphony Pie

Ingredients: For the crust: – 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs – 1/2 cup melted butter

For the filling: – 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella) – 1 cup heavy cream – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 cup chopped roasted hazelnuts

For the topping: – Whipped cream – Additional chopped hazelnuts – Chocolate shavings

Instructions: 1. Prepare the Crust:In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to form the crust. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

Make the Filling: – In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

– Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate hazelnut spread until smooth. – Add the vanilla extract and chopped hazelnuts, mixing well. – Allow the mixture to cool slightly.

Assemble the Pie: – Pour the chocolate hazelnut filling into the prepared crust. – Smooth the top with a spatula. – Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.

Add the Toppings: – Once the pie is set, remove it from the refrigerator. – Spread a layer of whipped cream over the top of the pie. – Sprinkle additional chopped hazelnuts and chocolate shavings on top for decoration.

Serve: – Slice the Chocolate Hazelnut Symphony Pie and serve chilled. – Enjoy the rich and indulgent flavors!
