Chocolate Fudge Fantasy 

Ingredients: For the Crust: – 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs – 1/3 cup melted butter

For the Filling: – 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips – 1/2 cup unsalted butter – 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Topping: – 1 cup heavy cream – 2 tablespoons powdered sugar – Chocolate shavings or grated chocolate for garnish (optional)

Instructions: 1. Preparing the Crust:a. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter.

b. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. c. Place the crust in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

2. Making the Filling:a. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and butter, stirring until smooth.

b. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. c. Continue to cook and stir the mixture for an additional 2-3 minutes until it's smooth and well blended. d. Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust.

3. Chilling the Pie:a. Place the pie in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for at least 4 hours or until the filling is set.

4. Preparing the Topping:a. In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. b. Spread the whipped cream over the chilled chocolate pie.

5. Garnishing:a. Optionally, sprinkle chocolate shavings or grated chocolate on top of the whipped cream.

6. Serving:a. Slice and serve the Chocolate Fudge Fantasy Pie chilled. b. Enjoy the rich and indulgent flavors!
