Chocolate Blueberry Pie

Ingredients: For the crust: – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs – 1/3 cup melted butter – 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the filling: – 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips – 1/2 cup heavy cream – 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar for the crust. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Use the back of a spoon to compact it.

1. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until it's set and lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. 2. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour it over the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl.

1. Pour half of the chocolate ganache into the cooled pie crust, spreading it evenly. 2. Add the fresh blueberries on top of the chocolate layer.

1. Pour the remaining chocolate ganache over the blueberries, spreading it to cover the berries. 2. Place the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
