Ingredients: – 8 oz (about 225g) fettuccine pasta – 1 lb (about 450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces – Salt and pepper to taste – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream – 1 cup (240ml) chicken broth – 1 cup (about 100g) grated Parmesan cheese – 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter – Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions: 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. 2. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to medium, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and butter until melted and well combined. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.

1. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir to coat it in the Alfredo sauce. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes. 2. Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta into the skillet, coating it evenly with the Alfredo sauce and chicken.

1. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. 2. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Chicken Alfredo Pasta!
