Brown Sugar Air-Fryer Ham

Brown Sugar Air-Fryer Ham Recipe: Ingredients: – 1 bone-in ham (pre-cooked) – 1 cup brown sugar – 1/2 cup Dijon mustard – 1/4 cup maple syrup

– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves – 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions: 1. Preheat the Air Fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).

Prepare the Glaze: – In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.

Score the Ham: – Place the ham on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to score the surface diagonally, creating a diamond pattern. This allows the glaze to penetrate the ham better.

Brush with Glaze: – Brush a generous amount of the prepared glaze over the surface of the ham, ensuring it gets into the scored lines.

Air-Fry the Ham: – Place the glazed ham in the air fryer basket, making sure it's not touching the sides for better air circulation.

Cook the ham in the air fryer at 350°F (180°C) for about 15-20 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 140°F (60°C).

Glaze During Cooking: – Brush additional glaze onto the ham every 15 minutes during the cooking process to build up a flavorful coating.

Rest and Serve: – Once the ham reaches the desired internal temperature, remove it from the air fryer. – Allow the ham to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with any remaining glaze as a drizzle or dipping sauce.
