Breakfast Pies

Ingredients: – 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts) – 6 eggs – 1/4 cup milk

– Salt and pepper to taste – 1 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage or bacon – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – 1/2 cup diced bell peppers – 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Roll out the pie crusts according to the package instructions and use a round cutter to cut circles that will fit into your muffin tin.

1. Gently press each pie crust circle into the cups of a muffin tin, forming a small crust. 2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Divide the cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage or bacon among the muffin cups, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, and chopped green onions.



1. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings in each muffin cup, filling each cup nearly to the top. 2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.

1. Allow the breakfast pies to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them from the muffin tin. 2. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious breakfast pies!
