Breaded Air Fryer Pork Chops

Ingredients: – 4 bone-in pork chops – 1 cup breadcrumbs (you can use Panko for extra crispiness) – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper – 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions: 1. Preheat the Air Fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Coating:In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Coat the Pork Chops:Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, ensuring that it's fully coated. Then, dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the pork chop to adhere well. Repeat for all pork chops.

Air Fry:Place the breaded pork chops in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. If your air fryer is small, you might need to cook in batches.

Air Fry the Pork Chops:Cook the pork chops in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the pork chops and the specific air fryer model.

Serve:Once the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through, remove them from the air fryer. Allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving.
