Blueberry Bliss Pie

Ingredients: For the Crust: – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs – 1/2 cup melted butter – 1/4 cup sugar

For the Filling: – 4 cups fresh blueberries – 1 cup sugar – 1/4 cup cornstarch – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Topping: – 1 cup heavy cream – 2 tablespoons powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions: 1. Preheat the Oven: – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).



2. Prepare the Crust: – In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. – Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust. – Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until it sets. Allow it to cool.

3. Make the Filling: – In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and lemon juice. – Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. – Once thickened, remove it from heat and let it cool slightly.

4. Assemble the Pie: – Pour the blueberry filling into the cooled crust.

5. Make the Topping: – In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. – Spread the whipped cream over the blueberry filling.
