Blue Ribbon Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients: – 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened – 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

– 1 cup buttermilk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 3 large eggs – 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and softened butter until light and fluffy.

1. Add the flour to the sugar-butter mixture and mix well. 2. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, making sure each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next one.

1. Stir in the buttermilk and vanilla extract until the filling is smooth and well combined. 2. Pour the buttermilk filling into the unbaked pie crust.
