BBQ Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese

Ingredients: For the BBQ Pulled Pork: – 2 cups pulled pork (pre-cooked and seasoned with your favorite barbecue sauce) – 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

For the Grilled Cheese: – 8 slices of bread (your choice, but a hearty bread works well) – Butter (for spreading) – 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)

Instructions: 1. Prepare the BBQ Pulled Pork:If you don't already have pulled pork prepared, cook or heat it according to the package instructions. Mix the pulled pork with barbecue sauce until well coated. Set aside.

Assemble the Grilled Cheese: – Lay out 4 slices of bread on a clean surface. – On each slice, evenly distribute a portion of the shredded cheese. – Add a generous amount of the BBQ pulled pork on top of the cheese.

Top and Butter the Sandwiches: – Place the remaining slices of bread on top of the pulled pork and press down to create sandwiches. – Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each sandwich.

Grill the Sandwiches: – Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. – Once hot, place the sandwiches, buttered side down, onto the skillet.



Serve: – Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. – Cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve them warm.
