Banana Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Banana Bars: Ingredients: – 2 to 3 ripe bananas, mashed – 2 teaspoons lemon juice – 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. 2. In a small bowl, mix mashed bananas with lemon juice and set aside. 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. 2. Add the powdered sugar one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
