Almond Joy Delight Pie

Ingredients: For the Crust: – 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs – 1/3 cup melted butter

For the Filling: – 1 cup shredded coconut – 1 cup chopped almonds – 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk – 1/2 cup chocolate chips

– 1/2 cup milk – 2 tablespoons butter – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Topping: – Whipped cream – Additional shredded coconut – Additional chopped almonds – Chocolate sauce

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter for the crust. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the shredded coconut, chopped almonds, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, milk, and butter for the filling. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips and butter are melted and the mixture is well combined.

1. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly. 2. Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours or until set.

Once the pie is set, top it with whipped cream and sprinkle additional shredded coconut and chopped almonds over the top. Drizzle with chocolate sauce for extra indulgence.
