Air-Fryer Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients: – 1 whole chicken (about 3-4 pounds) – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 teaspoon paprika – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1 teaspoon dried thyme – 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Prepare the Chicken: – Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. – Truss the chicken if desired (tying the legs together with kitchen twine).

Seasoning Blend: – In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.

Preheat the Air Fryer: – Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).

Coat the Chicken: – Rub the olive oil all over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated. – Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the entire surface of the chicken, rubbing it in to adhere.

1. Place in Air Fryer:Put the chicken in the air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray, breast side down. 2. Cooking Time:Cook at 360°F (182°C) for 30 minutes.

Flip and Continue Cooking: – After 30 minutes, carefully flip the chicken using tongs. – Continue cooking for an additional 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.

1. Resting Period:Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before carving. 2. Serve:Carve the chicken and serve it with your favorite sides.
