Air Fryer Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients: – 1 whole chicken (approximately 3-4 pounds) – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 tablespoon paprika – 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1 teaspoon dried thyme – 1 teaspoon dried rosemary – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Chicken: – Pat the whole chicken dry with paper towels. – Truss the chicken if needed, or simply tuck the wings behind the back.

Season the Chicken: – In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a seasoning rub.

Apply the Seasoning: – Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken, making sure to coat it evenly, including the cavity.

Preheat the Air Fryer: – Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).



Place in Air Fryer: – Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket, breast side up. Make sure there is some space around the chicken for air circulation.

Cooking Time: – Cook the chicken at 360°F (182°C) for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, reduce the temperature to 325°F (163°C) and continue cooking for an additional 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the chicken.

Carve and Serve: – Carve the rotisserie chicken into desired pieces and serve with your favorite sides.
