Air-Fryer Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients: – 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 to 1.5 pounds) – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika – 1 teaspoon dried thyme – 1 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 1. Preheat the Air Fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Pork Tenderloin: – Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin. – In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to create a seasoning rub.

Season the Pork: – Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork tenderloin, making sure to coat it evenly.

Air Fry the Pork Tenderloin: – Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket. – Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, turning the tenderloin halfway through the cooking time.

Check for Doneness: – Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the pork. It should reach at least 145°F (63°C). – If the pork needs more time, continue air-frying in 5-minute increments until it reaches the desired temperature.

1. Rest and Slice:Once cooked, let the pork tenderloin rest for a few minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute and keeps the meat moist.

Serve: – Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions and serve with your favorite sides.
