Air Fryer Peach Chicken Thighs

Ingredients: – 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs – Salt and black pepper, to taste – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced – 2 tablespoons honey – 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar – Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions: 1. Preheat the Air Fryer:Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Season the Chicken:Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season them with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried thyme. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated.

Air Fry the Chicken:Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down. Cook for about 15 minutes. Then, flip the chicken thighs and continue cooking for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)

Prepare the Peach Glaze:While the chicken is cooking, in a small saucepan, combine the sliced peaches, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the peaches break down and the mixture thickens slightly, creating a glaze.

Glaze the Chicken:Once the chicken thighs are done, brush them with the peach glaze. Make sure to coat them evenly. Reserve some of the glaze for serving.

Final Crisp:Place the glazed chicken back into the air fryer for an additional 3-5 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize and the skin to crisp up.

Serve:Remove the chicken from the air fryer, drizzle with the remaining peach glaze, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
