Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients: – 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 3 cloves garlic, minced – 1 teaspoon lemon zest

– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – 1/2 teaspoon paprika – Salt and pepper to taste – Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions: 1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the marinated shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded to allow even cooking.

Air fry the shrimp at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The shrimp should be pink and opaque when done.

Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the air fryer, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
