Air Fryer Chicken Breast

Ingredients: – 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a seasoning mixture.

1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps the seasoning adhere better and ensures a crispy exterior. 2. Brush the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture, covering both sides evenly.

Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching each other.

Cook in the preheated air fryer for 20-25 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through the cooking time. The exact cooking time may vary based on the thickness of your chicken breasts and the specific model of your air fryer.



Check for doneness by using a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
