3-Ingredient Marshmallow Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients: 1. 1 box of spice cake mix 2. 1 can (15 ounces) of pumpkin puree 3. 2 cups mini marshmallows

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spice cake mix and pumpkin puree. Mix until well combined and smooth.

1. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. 2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once the cake is done baking, remove it from the oven and immediately sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the top.

Return the cake to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the marshmallows are soft and slightly melted. Keep a close eye on it to prevent the marshmallows from burning.
